Fees

I am contracted out and charge standard Medical Aid Rates for Assessment and Supervision sessions.

Assessment fees will be charged according to the time required to administer the assessment and the cost of the individual assessment.

Clients are expected to pay before or at the time of service and I accept cash or EFT. 

A 50% payment secures your booking and the balance is to be paid before Report Feedback.

You will then have to submit to your medical aid for reimbursement.

 

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel within 24 hours or our appointment, I will have to charge you for it unless we can find another time that week that works for both of us.

Your appointment is valuable to both you and me.

 

Lateness

If you are late for your appointment/ session, it will still end at the scheduled time and an additional session would then need to be arranged. This is problematic if an assessment has been scheduled as they have very specific time allocations.
